This meetup group is to help you keep track of all jams in and around Dallas and Ellis County. All bluegrass musicians invited. Please email prior to the date and we'll give you the address. There are other jams, so check out the calendar!! Accoustic only! No electric, please! No drums - this is bluegrass, man! A Meetup for Bluegrass musicians old and new to pick a few tunes and have some fun. So if your new to bluegrass, an old veterian, or just a fan your welcome.

Beginning May 14 and running through October 22, 2011 there will be a bluegrass jam every Saturday morning at the Frisco Farmers Market. Participation is limited due to the fact that we jam on a stage around a mic stand with two studio mics. The jam starts at 8 a.m. and we are through by noon unless it gets too hot earlier. Come to the Northwest corner of the market and you will see us.
