The Northern Virginia Musicians Workshop is a monthly event where musicians of ALL skill levels can practice the Art of Performing in front of an audience and share feedback with encouraging peers. I think it's different (but not better) than a jam or a song circle, because it was created to provide you the platform to try out new songs, covers and stories in a low-stress environment. We're a group of beginner/intermediate guitarists getting together to play in the U Street/Columbia Heights/ Dupont area.
